TERMS OF SERVICE AND SALE (TOS/T&C)

Welcome to StarQuant.ai (hereinafter "the Platform"). These terms govern access to and use of the services offered by StarQuant.

1. RISK WARNING (DISCLAIMER)

Trading in financial markets involves a high risk of capital loss. StarQuant.ai is a technical and educational tool. The analyses generated by artificial intelligence (Audits, Fundamental Analyses) do not constitute investment advice in any way.

The User is solely responsible for their trading decisions.

The AI may generate errors ("hallucinations"). StarQuant does not guarantee the accuracy of the forecasts.

Past performance is not indicative of future results.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

StarQuant offers different levels of services (Tiers):

• Trading Journal & Metrics: Recording strategies, trades, and automatic calculation of performance.
• IA Audit: AI (Gemini) analysis of trades to identify cognitive biases.
• IA Audit: AI (Gemini) analysis of strategies (description, rules, metrics, and trades) to determine profitability, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Fundamental Analysis: AI (Gemini) generation of reports on economic news.
• Strategy Hub: Sharing and consulting community strategies. Popularity vote.
• StarQuant Blog: News articles and tutorials.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PRICING

The Platform offers three plans:

• FREE: Limited access to the dashboard (recording strategies and trades, displaying basic metrics), the journal (consulting and recording trades), the calendar (monthly view of performance), and the blog.
• ADVANCED: (€12.99/month) Includes all the FREE plan and access to complete strategy metrics, the metrics page (personal trader performance), the Strategy Hub, and popularity votes for strategies in the Hub.
• PROFESSIONAL: (€29.99/month) Includes all the ADVANCED plan and access to AI services, Psychological Audit (personal cognitive biases), Strategy Performance Audit, fundamental analyses, translation of foreign content on the platform into your language.

Prices are indicated in Euros (EUR) and may vary depending on the needs of the platform. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The subscription is non-binding and can be canceled at any time from the "Settings" area.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with legislation on digital content, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once access to "Premium" services (Advanced/Professional) has been activated and used, as the services are immediately consumable.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

StarQuant Content: The logo, design, source code, and algorithms are the exclusive property of StarQuant.

User Content: By publishing a strategy and trades in their dashboard, the User grants StarQuant a worldwide license to display and disseminate this content. A strategy is automatically displayed in the Strategy Hub as soon as a minimum number of 5 trades are recorded there. This number may change to meet the needs of the platform. The User remains the owner of their personal trading data.

6. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR & DELETION)

StarQuant is committed to protecting the privacy of users.

Account Deletion: The user can delete their account at any time. This action results in the permanent deletion of their trades, strategies, and analyses from the database.

Legal Retention: Billing information (via Stripe) is retained in accordance with applicable accounting and tax obligations.

7. MODERATION AND BEHAVIOR

Members with the role of MODERATOR or ADMIN have the right to:

• Delete any content deemed inappropriate on the Hub or Blog.
• Temporarily or permanently ban an account in case of spam, fraud, or toxic behavior.

The user agrees not to "promote" their strategies as the best or by promising gains, under penalty of banning their content. Any discourteous content from the user will also be banned.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

StarQuant is a SaaS service hosted on Firebase (Google Cloud). Although we aim for 99.9% availability, we cannot be held responsible for service interruptions related to infrastructure providers or updates to the Gemini API (AI).

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These TOS/T&C are subject to French law (or according to the company's registered office). In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
